A home wellness space can be the difference between thinking about working out and actually doing it. But you don’t need a spare room or fancy equipment to make it work.
Pick Your Spot
Choose a space with enough room to stretch your arms and legs freely. Natural light is ideal, but even a quiet corner will do.

Set the Mood
Lighting: Soft, warm light or candles can help you relax, while brighter light is energising for morning workouts.
Scent: Diffuse calming essential oils like lavender or uplifting scents like citrus.
Sound: Have a playlist ready — whether it’s energising beats or gentle background music.
Keep It Accessible
Store your mat, resistance bands, and water bottle in one place so you can start without hunting for things.
If you’re a Pink Glow Monthly member, keep your device nearby so you can stream your monthly workout videos with ease.
💗 Your wellness space should make you want to move, stretch, and breathe — not feel like a chore. The easier it is to access, the more likely you are to use it.
