Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you purchase from Pink Pilates. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for:

  • Unused and unworn items

  • Items in original packaging with tags attached

  • Non-sale items

​

Please note:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened self-care items (e.g., oils, candles), water bottles, or grip socks.

  • Sale or discounted items are final and non-refundable unless faulty.

2. How to Return or Exchange

​

To start a return, email us at info@pinkpilates.co.uk with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for the return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

3. Exchanges

​

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within the 14-day window. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on stock availability.

4. Refunds

​

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

​

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, and cover any return shipping costs.

6. In-Store Returns

​

You can also return eligible items to our studio during business hours:
