At Pink Pilates, we want you to feel confident and supported in your purchases. This policy outlines how we handle refunds for both products and services (such as classes, memberships, and events).
1. Product Refunds
We offer refunds on eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition

Packaging and tags are intact

The item is not a final sale or non-refundable product (e.g., opened self-care goods or used grip socks)
To request a refund, email info@pinkpilates.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once the return is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Service Refunds (Classes, Packages & Memberships)

Single classes and packages are non-refundable once booked.

Memberships are non-refundable but can be cancelled before your next billing cycle (see Membership Terms).

If you miss a class or fail to cancel within the allowed cancellation window (12 hours for group classes, 24 hours for private sessions), the session is forfeited and non-refundable.
Exceptions may be made in cases of medical emergency or studio error—please contact us directly to discuss.
3. Events & Workshops
Special events or workshops may have their own cancellation terms. Unless otherwise stated, bookings are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person with prior notice.
4. Returns Processing
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
